Abanik - Filippo & Paolo

This first ODVI Armagnac cocktail from Abanik bar was made by Paolo. Paolo is an Italian bartender coming from the North of Italy and moved to Barcelona as a bartender. He created a cocktail Armagnac Cointreau topped with Cava and with fresh orange juice, so it gives a fresh taste and easy to make at home ! 

The Recipe: 

- 30ml ODVI Armagnac

- 20ml Cointreau
- Juice of half an Orange
- 10ml Liquid sugar
- Top of Cava 

Easy to drink, easy to recreate at home, easy to enjoy. 

The second Armagnac cocktail recipe, comes from Filippo.

Filippo also comes from the North of Italy, actually from the same city as Paolo, but they met at a bartender competition in Italy and became friends.

He called his Armagnac cocktail "Versailles".

It's something completely different than his colleague created.

It's a mix of alcohols so it makes it stronger with a bitter taste. 

Versailles - The Recipe: 

- 45ml ODVI Armagnac

- 22.5ml Martini Ambrato

- 22.5ml Benedictine DOM

- 2 Dashes of black walnuts bitter 

Take your time to drink it and to enjoy the different twist of tastes.

There is a taste game going on between the bitters and a sweet touch.
